This item greatly exceeded my expectations! Would buy again or buy other items from this company.
Internal calibration already set up. When thermocouples are shielded from drafts and light they read the same temperature, just as they should. The low mass thermocouples respond quickly. Looking forward to using it with waterproof thermocouples.
The included case is very nice and the unit has a solid well-built feel.
The software is nice, but the narrow light-colored lines are hard to see on the graph with a white background.
