I used this window tint checker to measure numerous vehicles. It was super accurate. I even had a cop friend measure a window with his checker and it was the same. If you need to know how dark your tint is then this is the one to get!

There are definitely more sophisticated tint meters on the market, but this is really a pretty solid device at the price point. The functionalities offered are impressive–down to a rotating screen which makes it easier to read in many situations. The LCD might not be the most visually pleasing display but it gets the job done. Ditto the UX. It has three display modes and it automatically calibrates itself. The product description promises ‘simple operation’ and they’re not kidding. This device combines functionality, accuracy and ease of use and delivers it at an impressive value price point. Highly recommended!
